Some TCP/IP services allow you to 'bind specific'. Some of those are listed at:

Some are not. Many never will be as I submitted an rfe/idea to add this ability and it was rejected.

Marc has come up with one method in his reply. This is only a problem if you want certain jobs to bind to certain IP addresses. A sample might be multiple Domino servers running on this same lpar, all with their own individual IP address and you want to bind to that address when communicating to the end point. Luckily Domino allows 'bind specific' as documented in the link above.
