I put my laptop into 'sleep' at night. The next day I have to use Connection, Reconnect to get Run SQL Scripts to be active.
Assuming you're onsite and not being NATed once you know your PC's IP address you can look for all your connections with NETSTAT_INFO or NETSTAT_JOB_INFO from

Just specify the where REMOTE_ADDRESS clause.
