Recently almost every case I open with IBM has a problem retaining information that is put into the case in the open process. Version/Release, machine type, etc. That delays the work. I get an email a couple of days later citing the missing information and the case is then suspended until entitlement is completed.

There are many advantages to the new case system, but this is really frustrating. Anyone else experiencing this?
