Nah, Richard, it's gotta be a browser glitch.
IBM authors really funky web forms. It's gotta be some framework tool
they're using.
The forms are really touchy. I've noticed that much. All IBM web forms are
touchy.
I've successfully filed cases many times.
It's gotta be some mother-may-I browser glitch. I recommend Firefox for
filling out IBM web forms.
And any time you have a problem, do the IBM dance:

   1. Clear *ibm* cookies.
   2. Clearn browser cache.
   3. Close browser.
   4. Reopen browser.
   5. Sign in with your IBM id and try again.
