The A4A has a feature called LHEA (Logical Host Ethernet Adapter). I dimly remember these are the "ordinary" port you can either share or exclusively assign to an LPAR.

There have been two "incarnations" of the LHEA supporting hardware. 1GbE, and 10GbE.
