Depends on which version of said LAN console!

On newer machines it works fine with ACS. Yes it has limitations, like it can't power the machine ON. ;-)

Only the old machines where you connecticated a cable to what LOOKED like a parallel port (DB25 connection) that turned out to be a completely unsupported function for the chip behind that port. It had to be disabled because no computer in the last decade or more even HAD a parallel port and even less likely than that the chip in said port was compatible.

Yes. It wouldn't be such a problem if it weren't for the fact that some years ago the virtual control panel on LAN Console stopped working and then disappeared completely.
