For ending a session:

Right mouse click for pop-up menu
Choose SysReq (system request); a dash line apears on the bottom of the screen.
Type 2 and press Enter.

For a dump:
When an impromptu error message is on the screen, answer with option D or S (if applicable).

A remote user started a WRKUSRJOB session. We now want to stop that session. Due to security policies we cannot gain access to the system in question so I'm looking for a set of instructions the user can execute from the command line.

We also need the user to request a dump of a RPG application program (let's call it APP123) that blew up on bad data. Again I'm looking for a set of instructions the user can execute from the command line.
