Why do you still have Google's public DNS server in there?  That's what
8.8.8.8 is.  You can also add 8.8.4.4.  Probably don't need the internal
ones unless you have in house DNS requirements for local host names.

I use these Google DNS servers exclusively.

To answer your question, I don't think it will make much difference.
