This totally cracks me up! I can't even get IBM to invoice me for SWMA,
let alone pay it! *I* sent a renewal request to IBM on April 4th.
Response: You can renew up to 30 days before it expires (June 7th).
Resent the request May 6th. Crickets. Resent again May 9th. Response:
"Your request has been sent to the IBM Sales Team". Crickets. May
19th: Response. "a sales rep will contact you as soon as possible".
Crickets. Pinged again June 6th. Response: "
We had escalated this case again with the TLS team" Crickets. Pinged
again on June 12th. Response "We have not received any updates yet;"
Crickets. Pinged again on August 8th. Response: "Dione will forward
your concern to the TLS team. " Crickets.
If they want the revenue, they don't need a subscription program, just
fix their inane billing and invoicing system. There are some folks who
want to pay (like me). Just get me a &%$##!! invoice!
