I got buku messages from IBM about this CVE.
<snip>
IBM i 7.5 Preventative Service Planning
Security bulletin: Security Bulletin: IBM i is vulnerable due to a flaw in
Samba which could allow an attacker to bypass security restrictions
(CVE-2023-4091)
</snip>
All links refer to an APAR with PTFs for 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 but nothing for
7.5. Which I find really odd since it clearly says "IBM i 7.5"
I diligently searched the cover letters, etc for various things like the
CVE number, 3.6.25P, etc and I'm getting nothing for 7.5.
Immune? Already at that Samba level or higher? Conflicts with something
else at 7.5 so will take longer to fix? What?
