Another idea. Well, it hasn't to be a real Power 10. Emulation is a thing for decades and IBM has decades of experience with microcode. That being said, I assert it's possible to come up with an Intel or ARM based notebook as hardware base, which runs IBM i within an emulation layer with reasonable performance. Including an integrated console. :-)

But I guess this also won't happen. IBM so far avoided this particular pandora's box ever since.
