It is a bit finicky when converting sections of code. For just a section
of code, you need to be sure that:
a) your highlight starts in position 1 of the first line to convert
b) your highlight ends in the next row after the last one to convert

There are some known data structure issues that I haven't fixed yet.

If you have a specific example that is not converting, please post it here
or open an issue on GitHub and I'll see if I can get that part working.
