The latest Windows update seems to disassociate .HOD files from the "acslaunch_win-64.exe" application.

We install our workstations with ACS in the "Users" directory so that anyone signing onto the PC can use it.
In that case, you'll find the application here (for the 64-bit version):
C:\Users\Public\IBM\ClientSolutions\Start_Programs\Windows_x86-64

There are directories for 32-bit Windows, Linux, and Mac also.
