At least DSPOBJAUT has an *OUTFILE capability. but, you need to create a list of all the objects and then feed them to DSPOBJAUT one by one, with OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTMBR(*FIRST *ADD) to accumulate all of the results in one big "outfile" member, or process each object one by one.
See also GO SECTOOLS options 38 and 39. You can select only *DIR for IFS directories, or *STMF for stream files, and it generates a report. Then of course you need to read the spool file (e.g. with a program).
There must be some APIs you could call to retrieve the information, since the i Navigator can display it, but I am not finding those APIs at the moment.
