RE: 7.2 versions of PRIVILEGES services

Earliest possible Release for OBJECT_PRIVILEGES is 7.2 and
IFS_OBJECT_PRIVILEGES is 7.3.
If you have all TRs installed in 7.2 you should be able to use
OBJECT_PRIVILEGES in 7.2.
If you need IFS_OBJECT_PRIVILEGES in 7.2 you have to write your own version.
