Jim's response reminded me of an old tale (80's ?)

I got fed up with my B10 - it is sooo slow.
so I made it a boat anchor,
only to discover that is also sinks sloooowly

Did you put in reduction keys when you moved from the P8 to another
system? If so, it?s boat anchor (unless and until another set of licenses
are purchased)

Also if you were using keys supplied to ISVs those have an expiration on
them, so it might be that date has passed.

Contact me separately if you need access to an older system, we have them.

I fired up my Power 8 system to grab something off of it. It says my
license keys are expired. When I try to get interim temp keys on ESS it
tells me they are unavailable for 5770SS1 (at least the main ones).

Is she dead in the water, or do I have to call customer support?

It's not a huge deal. Just curious.
