Not sure if Jim's would be much different:

SBMJOB CMD(QSH CMD('cd /DIR_WHERE_U_PUT_IT/prometheus-exporter-jdbc && java -jar prom-client-ibmi.jar')) JOB(PROMETHEUS) JOBQ(QSYSNOMAX) USER(TECH_USER)

This would be a good spot for utilizing QSHONi as well.
