Thanks All..using task manager and Perf Monitor found the culprit

Duuhhhhhh, completely forgot I had Google Compute running in
background!!!!!

How about using the Performance Monitor to narrow down the problem?

- Start
- Settings
- Control Panel
- Administrative Tools
- Performance

The online help is good.
