CRUDE ! That's right John - forgot all about that (Have my PC set to show me
everything !).

I wonder if it has been overwritten now though ? Or does a "new" install of
Outlook rename it/back it up ?

Check the following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

Where "User" is the ID that the former manager used to sign-on to the
machine. 

The folder is hidden by default, and therefore would not have shown up
during your search.
