Yeah, my boss thought it was good when I said that Dell's support is in New Delhi.

I thought Dell had retrenched from having offshore support. The person I spoke with today sounded as if from India. It wasn't too bad, but it is bad when I have to ask 3 times what someone has said. It's been that way with some of IBM's phone support.
