With regard to buying a Dell, if you can speak Indian you'll be okay.  Long
story short I made a Dell purchase 3 years ago and found out their tech
support is offshore.  They don't speak English very well and getting help is
a nightmare.  Call their tech support before laying your money down and see
if they're still doing that.  I tell everyone - DON'T BUY DELL!!
