Did it (what Rick alludes to) change into Update Catalog because I seem to
remember something along those lines too awhile when trying to get a FULL
version of Internet Explorer downloaded (for a PC with no browser...).

You may already be there, but I know there is a place somewhere on the
windows update site (it took me forever to find it the last time I looked)
called "Windows Update for system administrators" (or something similar)
where you can download service packs and patches for burning to CD, or
installing over a network.

I don't have any more info than that, but hth.
