Go get spy-bot (look it up in google, I never remember the site) and 
Ad-Aware (www.lavasoft.de). The combination is very effecitve in getting 
rid of most of this stuff.

And search google for each item you've listed - there are sites that list 
all the stuff you'll jave in the startup.
