It's in 2002 (XP). And it probably can be built from another couple 
properties, as describied:

Path & Name are properties of a Workbook object. The current file system 
separator can be retrieved with Application.PathSeparator

This is an area I think MS has done very well in. Everything (sort of) is 
available in understandable fashion in VBA. I remember WordPerfect's 
proprietary macro language that did not correlate with menu items - what a 
pain.
