LOL - THAT would be awesome. I replied back, nicely and it apparently got
bumped up to someone with much more knowledge. While he did not solve the
problem, he got me thinking in a direction that let me solve the problem.

I'm happy now, but what a pain.

I suspect that you are getting automated responses.  A program is
reading your mail, scoring it based on the words used, and replying
with a canned message when certain parameters are missed.

You are giving too much detail - start simpler until you get a real
person responding.
