I use a program called ZipCentral.  It's free, easy to use and very 
stable.  It hasn't been updated in a couple of years, but I still haven't 
seen anything else as good (especially for the price).

I'm currently using WinZip but get tired of the nagware and I'm too cheap 
to pay for it.  Anyone using a good zip program that doesn't nag each time 
you use it?  TIA.
