There are registry cleaners that supposedly will find & optionally
remove unused entries.

I'm running WXP Pro and ran regedit the other day.  I couldn't believe
all the garbage in the registry so I started deleting lots of entries
for webpages.  Only problem is you have to do them one at a time, right?
Is there a faster way?  

This has to have a positive effect on performance, right?  TIA.
