Kerio is the pay/newer version of Tiny Personal Firewall.  But starting
at version 3 it seemed awfully bloated compared to V2.  V2 is truly
tiny.  Small disk & RAM footprint and no noticeable impact on
performance at all.  I haven't looked at it lately.
