Well, SBC is joining with AT&T, and I thoroughly despise AT&T. Personally, I will quite likely go with http://www.sunrocket.com/ as they are cheaper than Vonage: $199 a year with free hardware, no QOS router requirement if you use their gizmo (http://www.sunrocket.com/support/equipment/gizmo/). Nice feature set for the price. I haven't done a straight-up side-by-side with Vonage but SunRocket has all the features I'm ever likely to use. John A.
