Yes, if you dont mind it's a freeware from MS :-)

It's called SyncToy and has four functions:
Synchronise, Echo, Subscribe and Contribute,
which cover all I need.

Even if it can be used for photo's - it can also be used for data exchange 
between
folders on the same PC or from PC to PC on Lan.
