Directory synchronization

Anyone know of or using good shareware/freeware PC directory synchronization
software?  I want to keep 2 directories in sync.

1) It's a 1-way xfer from a network directory (source) to a local directory
(target).

2) Will want to run once a day via Scheduled Tasks - no user intervention.

3) A true synchronization - i.e. if the file has been removed from the
source directory, I want it removed from the target directory.

I don't want to clear the target and copy all from the source every day
because it's going to get quite large.
