To transmit orders direct to a server in our office.  These are food service
sales representatives.  (Translation: "I still cannot change my password on
a quarterly basis on my own after being here 5 years because I am a complete
imbecile.")  But they can sell food and that's why they're hired.

They normally transmit from restaurants, gas stations, schools, etc
whereever there is a phone hookup.  If they get a call at home at night,
they can do it the same way.
