blocking anything that is addressed to me.  And, then, I would probably

to see a list of the senders' addresses to ensure someone I know isn't
getting through to me so I can at least nofity the sender to use a

ESP.

BTW, ESP = Email Service Provider, whether it be your ISP or your web-
based
email provider.
