I suggest that you send her for a manicure/pedicure or for one of those girlie spa treatments. It will cost you some $ but buy you enought time to make it work. It sounds like there is more to it than plug and play because there is special software on the PC. Chances are the router needs to be configured properly, but I doubt it is difficult given the market to which they are selling these things.
