It works fine if your in a vacumn but if your running other software like an
HP Scanner it just does not mix and match. Microsoft in there sophomoric
frame of mind says they will push ahead with the new and the hell with the
old methods. They don't ever seem to honor the models of previous code. I
don't know if that approach is intentional or if they just got a new batch
of school boys off of the bus and they don't know what should be protected.
HP's answer was how can you correct a software problem with a moving target.

Regardless of the merits of doing it or not, or even if you want to or not,
you probably will at some point because Microsoft will be pushing it over
IE 6.  The question is "when do you feel safe doing it?"

Other than the usual "Use a different browser" what do you think of
upgrading to IE 7?  At one of my yahoo accounts yahoo themselves sent me
an email recommending that I upgrade to IE 7 (with their little plug in,
of course).
