So you have the wireless router connected to the inside NIC of the
ClarkConnect box, have NAT and DHCP turned off on it so that it is serving
as a hub only.

The drives are indeed small, andnot mirrored.  The file server part is only
used to exchange data and programs between the different pc's, not to
store
essential info.


Makes sense.  I thought you might have it mirrored for recoverability.

I know the hardware is very basic, but hey, it's an 8 year old pc after
all...
