Hi Joe/Mark,

Many thanks for the idea on writely/googledocs. Looks very good as can import documents or spreadsheets and invite people for editing and viewing. But, the issue of storing documents on someone else's server will be a big problem for sensitive corporate data.

Yeah, good point, Mark.  If I'm not mistaken, Googledocs actually is
Writely.  That might help from the standpoint of knowing your servers are
likely to stay up.  On the other hand, there's still the issue of storing
your documents on somebody else's computer.
