First idea that came to mind for me was "Try viewing the site in Firefox."

I tried a recent Mozilla first, then went to Firefox 2.0.0.3 next, with the same troublesome results. The navigation links around the frameset on the home page all display as native HTML rather than rendered HTML. IE 6 showed things normally, so I assume there's a syntax difference that would be specified.
