I guess it's possible to find the scf and inport it to your desktop, and then
pull it up/down into your quick launch.

Target: "C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\Show Desktop.scf"
Start in: "C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch"
