Not specifically Server based but I have used the special screen saver from Microsoft (winexit.scr) that when it kicks in it give you a configured amount of time to cancel it then logs you off. Works on XP and up at least. It is part of the 2003 Resource Kit but can also be downloaded.

We seem to have lost our autolog off from one of our servers.
Before it would log off automatically after a given period of time.
Now it does not.
