I'm using PDF X-Change viewer from
http://www.pdfxviewer.com/
It may not be as quick as Foxit, but it offers some basic PDF editing
functions.

[PCTECH] Suggestion for free pdf reader
With Adobe reader becoming so bloated/large (and slow), I'm looking for
suggestions for free pdf readers that are reliable and basically worry
free.
Readers only are fine but reader/writer suggestions (if there are any)
would be welcome too.
Thanks!
Regards, Jerry
