FWIW: I picked up a ReadyNAS NV+ with 2 x 500gb drives. I'm in the process of configuring it now.

First impression: The quick start documentation is weak ... the admin password shown is 'infrant1' but, since Netgear bought the original developers of the system (infrant), they changed the password to netgear1.

Now I'm just trying to get it configured ... the web interface isn't fully really functional until the drives are formatted ... but it pops up a message on every page saying that the system is busy.
