Well, this past Tuesday was Patch Tuesday. Here's the March security
bulletin: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms09-mar.mspxbut
it will only list security patches, not general updates.

IIRC some patches this time around were for Office, not Windows. Those may
have been released early; I didn't really notice.
