I use VirtualBox, and it "feels" a lot faster and less intrusive (in the host OS) than VirtualPC and VMWare.

I agree with Joe ... VMWare is a godsend for me in general.

The only problem I have with VMWare is that the performance isn't great
for the guest OS. I've only used the free versions of VMWare though,
so the enterprise versions might be different.
