...but David, I almost never have to call IBM support! I may have told this
story before, but it is worth re-telling:

One day I was talking to IBM Level 2 support guy in Rochester about a
technical issue. I casually asked him if there was a "Level 3" of support
for this issue.

He laughed and said:
"Let me put it this way - when you are talking to me, you can hear the
angels singing!"
