Are you intending to run two additionals VMs as dedicated DCs?

Keep in mind too, if you're running HyperV the host needs to be part of the domain, but you need to boot the host before you can bring up the VM that is the DC. It's an interesting chicken and egg problem. It does work because of caching, but it's something to consider.
