Run a command prompt, change to the parent dir containing the hidden files.
Do:
ATTRIB /S -H *.DOC

The /S will process subdirectories and the -H clears the Hidden flag..

I've got a server that has a large number of hidden attribute ~*.doc
files. Anyone know of a way to get them all unhidden so that I can
delete them? Preferably inside of Search.

I don't have any problem deleting them in Explorer, but I'd have to
navigate to each folder where they reside and I'd prefer to do from
within the Search screen.
