Exactly...most (almost all) won't do it...the companies know it..so they can
do whatever they want with service. It's the new bidness model.

Building your own machine is a real nightmare when you have a fault -
it's even worse than buying a complete machine.

Oh, and spare parts usually take _weeks_ instead of a few days to get
replaced.
