Microsoft Security Essentials is it's successor.

It's barebones Antimalware, with the successor to the OneCare/FCS
scanning engine that will also be used in FPE.

I liked OneCare because it provided one certral location to view the
status of all 3 of my computers.

MSE doesn't do that anymore.

If this is for a company, i'd suggest you to look at ForeFront Client
Security and Symantec Endpoint Protection. They both do the central
management shtick.
