I can live with a wall wart (and as mentioned it would consume less energy
than a pc).
I also appreciate response of those who noted it can run behind the
firewall, and that when in front of the firewall, it has it's own QOS
(which keeps me from having to tinker with QOS in the router).
And the fact that it can be used to power multiple lines throughout the
entire house is cool too, although I only wanted to have the land line in
the office, it would be convenient to also have a land line in the
bedroom, kitchen, basement etc...
Thanks for all the great input. You've saved me from wasting $20 on MJ and
more importantly wasting countless hours of my time over that $20. It
sounds like ooma is for me.
